Like many, I’ve been on a lifelong spiritual journey filled with many ups and downs. The road to Spirit has been an interesting one, and has taken me from seeker, to denier, to acceptance. This journey brought me from trauma and shadow, to light and understanding. It is an ongoing journey, one that will continue through this life…and beyond.

For many years, I was wrapped up in the material world, ignoring all things spiritual, denying that there was anything more to this life than getting by, though deep inside I was struggling with my own demons. Suddenly everything I thought I knew about myself ended abruptly, forcing me to open my heart and see what was always there. I began to seek guidance from The Divine and the Soul within me. During this time, I came to realize that there are many planes of existence, an Ultimate Reality that many of us are blind to, and that in order to truly heal, one must use both practical tools to engage the mind, along with the guidance and support of the spiritual realms and The Divine to engage the Spirit. I started learning from spiritual masters; taking courses, reading books, watching lectures. Some of my influences include, Ram Dass, Thich Nhat Hanh, Dandi Swami Jnaneshvara Bharati, Sadhguru, Swami Mukundananda, Amma, Paramahamsa Vishwananda, and so many others. I started studying and practicing different meditation techniques such as Ajapa-Japa Dharana, Yoga Nidra, Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya as well as learning and working with teachers around Shamanic Journeying, Energy Healing, Mantra and Chakra Healing, Guided Imagery and many other energetic and spiritual practices. I have been strongly drawn toward the philosophy, mythology and theology of Hinduism after reading the Bhagavad Gita and Upanishads, while recognizing that there are many different methods to communicating with the Universe, and everyone’s journey toward Spirit is unique and designed for their specific incarnation and enlightenment. I have received guidance from many teachers, and mentors along the way (some human and some spiritual), and recognize the importance of helping others on their own journeys. Adhering to the belief that, “There are as many paths to God as there are souls on this Earth.”-Rumi, this spiritually focused coaching practice was born with the understanding that this is a journey best undertaken together.
